Return/Refund Policy

At Snazzies we understand that returns are sometimes a necessity. Our hope is to make the return process as easy as possible.

All returns postmarked within 30 days of shipment are eligible for a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds of original payment methods. We only offer store credit.

Tags and the receipt must be present. Without these items we unfortunately can not give a refund of store credit.

Sale Items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be returned in their original condition. Shoes must be returned in their original box.

Damaged Items: Our team at Snazzies carefully checks all items for any damages; however, mistakes can be made. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. Damages must be reported within 1 week of receiving an item. Any reports of damage after 1 week will not be accepted.
