At Snazzies we understand that returns are sometimes a necessity. Our hope is to make the return process as easy as possible.
All returns postmarked within 30 days of shipment are eligible for a full refund on the original method of payment or store credit.
Tags and receipt must be present for a full refund. Without both of these items only store credit will be given. If neither tags or receipt are available we unfortunately can not give a refund of any kind.
Sale Items are eligible for a return of store credit only.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be returned in their original condition. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
Damaged Items: Our team at Snazzies carefully checks all items for any damages; however, mistakes can be made. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. Damages must be reported within 1 week of receiving an item. Any reports of damage after 1 week will not be accepted.
